The process is simple. The highly knowledgeable Irco representative will work with you to review your current methods or particular challenges. They will bring that information back to the Irco Design team who will take those standard processes and develop the technology to automate the process. The result:

Machine Shop

The Irco Automation machine shop, located on-site within our 20,000 square foot safety conscious facility, features:

• CNC horizontal boring mill
• Five metre lathe
• Milling machines
• Two 10 ton overhead cranes to handle any sized job

Fabrication Shop

The Irco Automation fabrication shop utilizes the latest welding machines and air filtration systems to ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines. Our projects are completed to the highest quality standards with CWB Certified welding processes by our experienced and fully trained team.
