IRCO Welding Positioners are designed to handle a work-piece to present the weld directly to the welder. The work-piece is mounted on the positioner table. The table can by tilted up and down and also be rotated. A welding positioner can save time be eliminating the need for a crane or other moving device. There are a variety of positioners available to handle small to large workpieces. Positioners greatly enhance productivity and are useful when rotating or positioning large loads.
IRCO Bench Positioners are small positioners used to rotate small cylindrical parts. Using a gripper chuck on a small positioner is beneficial to hold these small parts. Bench positioners allow you to tilt and rotate your part. Most all bench top welding positioners have forward and reverse variable speed rotation, plus foot control.
