Hubert Bethlehem

President

Hubert joined IRCO in 2006 as VP and General Manager, and became President in 2008. He led the restructuring of the company, and the subsequent integration into the RoMan Manufacturing Company, which paved the way for IRCO’s subsequent growth.

Hubert has held previous leadership and executive experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate organizations in the construction and equipment sectors.

Kurt A. Hofman

Vice President

Kurt serves as Vice President of IRCO, as well as being part of the second generation of leadership at the RoMan Manufacturing, IRCO’s parent company. He oversees the strategic development and execution of all sales programs at IRCO, and directly supports new market initiatives.

Kurt obtained his Associate Degree in Welding Technology from Ferris State University, and his BSc in Welding Engineering from Arizona State University. He also sits on the Advisory Board for Welding Technology at Ferris State, and is an industry-leader and subject-matter-expert in resistance welding.

Steve Bogie

Manager, Engineering Applications

Steve leads the concepting and engineering development for IRCO design solutions. He interfaces with clients’ engineering and manufacturing departments, and in conjunction with the IRCO sales group, develops concepts which meet the clients’ requirements and deliver a compelling ROI.

Steve is a P.Eng, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from the University of Waterloo ON. He has been designing custom welding automation and manufacturing systems since 2003, has experience of al broad spectrum of welding procedures and also robotics.

Chad Schondelmayer

Director of Manufacturing Operations

Chad is responsible for all of IRCO’s manufacturing operations. This includes both the day-to-day overseeing of plant operations and the continuous development and improvement of manufacturing systems and processes to ensure the deliverability of high-quality products
on schedule.

Prior to his present position, he spent over a decade providing weld consulting services and program launch support at Ford, General Motors, and Fiat Chrysler.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Welding Engineering from Ferris State University.
